Our rates are as follow.

• Initial Fee of R2999 – This covers domain registration (additional fees required for certain domain types – see https://passionateaboutwebsites.co.za/#extra1/), hosting account setup, hosting fees for the remainder of the month. It also includes 20 hours of initial labour time. There is no expiration date on the prepurchased hours.
• Monthly fees of R1379 starting from the first of the next month, this includes 10 hours of labour time. Should your site be opened to the public during the month these hours are valid for, any unused hours will expire.
• Additional labour hours can be purchased at R100 per hour or part thereof.
• Monthly fees of R320 per month are payable on the 1st of every month following the month your site was opened to the public. This includes standard maintenance (backups, restore tests, hosting up to 2GB, minor edits or maintenance less than 15 minutes per month).
• Additional space is available at R35 per month per 1GB should your site require more than 2GB.
• Any cost to paid themes or additional, non-free plug-ins will be calculated as follow:
  • An estimate will be provided at the current exchange rate, PLUS markup of 15%, rounded up to R50.
  • Once payment was received the product will be purchased. if the actual costs allow for the 15% markup to drop below 5% clients will be invoiced for the difference.
  • Going forward, for items to be renewed annually, an amount as above will be divided by 12 and added to your monthly fees. For items to be renewed monthly, an amount as above will be added to your monthly fees.
• Should you make use of the services of any subcontractors we collaborate with (eg AskRoline for social media marketing) you will have the choice to have their fees included in your payment to us or make payment to them directly. However, you will be charged a 15% handling fee to cover banking and payfast fees should we accept payment for them.
• Annual increases take place in January each year.
